Aukoshimo Professional Refund Policy:

A program may be refunded if one of the following applies to you.

 

1. The program does not work and cannot be installed because of some reason and we were not able to help you online or by phone for installation.
2. The computer has not generated a request for a validation key or you have not yet received the validation code.
3. A refund may not apply to those who parches our programs from other websites.

• Almost all our programs can be downloaded from our website therefore, when a CD- ROM or a USB card is requested, there will be a charge of $20 US$.

If the program has been installed and has been unlock by a code we have sent you, this means your computer has accepted the program and it has been fully installed. No return in such case available.

A licensing Key is good for one computer only. The user is eligible to have it installed in two of his/her computer(s).
