Where is the Site Code?
To get the Site Code, you must install the program in your computer first. Then when you try to run the program, a window appears showing the Site Code.
That will be an 18 digit code (mix letters and numbers) appear on the window. You must send the code exactly as they are.
It is best to copy the Site Code and paste it to the e-mail. This way you don't make any mistakes.
Often people send us wrong Site Codes and expecting to get a Site Key. The mistakes often happens when there are numbers and letters look alike such as the letter "O" and the number "0" or the letter "B" and the number "8".
with copy and paste, this mistake will not happen. If you don't know how to copy and paste, please make sure the digits are accurate otherwise it causes delay.
The Site Key that you will receive works in one computer only. If you have a 2nd computer, you must send us the new Site Code from the 2nd computer to receive a 2nd Site Key. You must be purchaser of the program and we must have your name before we send you a Site Key.
If you have already received two site keys and wish to get more, there will be a charge apply equal up to 50% of the price of the program. Except our distance learning program which the the cost of 3rd site key will be equal to the price of the program.

A Site Key will be send to your e-mail which you have provided in the form. If you don't get a respond in 24 hours, please send another e-mail or call us by phone.
